Any programs out there for maps and/or directions that don't require internet on the palm treo 650?

Streets and trips 2006 has a palm version I believe. The price would be right since you get two versions of the software (one for the PC and one for the Palm)

Tomtom works without an internet connection on the Treo. You download the map on your SD card.

I think it will run on any Palm platform, but you may want to read the box for the minimum requirements before you buy it.

ok so I got it, installed it, and it said the next time I synch it will install. Well it never did and I don't know how to move it over manually because the program doesn't show up anywhere.

I would go to microsofts website and do a little searching. You most likely will find your answer with a little digging.

It looks like it is only for a Pocket PC device... The Treo 650 is a Palm OS... Please correct me if i'm wrong

so with tom tom you can get the directions on your computer, then transfer them to your treo? I guess it won't do turn by turn w/o data or does it use the phones built in gps?

also, how big is the tom tom program and some maps? i have a 1gb sd card w/ my vzw 650
