Hey got my Sidekick 3 and i LOST IT, may have been stolen, but i am sure i lost it, I have some questions perhaps you guys can answer:

1) How much is the deductable? For lost and for stolen?

2) If someone found it will my data be on it stilll?

3) Could someone pop there own SIM into it and use it?

4)If I find it, must i return it?

5)How long do they take to get the unit here?

I am going to make my claim soon!

OK SO will i get the phone back? Or will I get the phone, battery, chargert etc,... what exactly will insurance give me back? Also will the guve me yp SD card??

Yea lost my sk3 before I file insurance I want to knw if they will sednd only the uniy back or everything.. Will they send me a battery etc....
