Duplicate emails being send on 2125

I just picked up a 2125 and I love it, except for one issue; 75% of the time when I send an email the recepient receives two copies of that email. I'm using the latest 2125 ROM with push email and an account hosted by 4smartphone.net. Has anyone else noticed this? Any thoughts on how to correct it?
