Hey lostmy sk3. Working on getting a police report.

What is Asruion going to send me?

AM i going ot get the phone it self?
WIll I get a battery and charger?=?
Will I get my memory Card?
Will the ******* who ofund my SK3be able to use it?

If you have insurance on the phone, you are covered. You just have to pay the deductiable.

If not, next time get the insurance. It's a very small price to pay per month to get it.

Unfortunely, yes, he can use it or even sell it on Ebay.

OK I know i et the phone but will I get my charger, pouch, data cable and battery form the company also?

PLus I only had insurance for 3 days!!! Are they really gonna ail me out

Yes, that's what insurance is for. But if you're trying to scam them for another Sidekick3, don't do that. They will find out. Before you call Asurion you have to file a police report with your local police department, make sure you get the officers name, his badge number, and the number of the file you reported. They don't offer memory cards except for the one that the Sidekick3 already has (32mb?), that's something you bought with your own money as an accessory for the phone, so they don't include that.
