MPX200 upgraded to WM2005 but......

This is my first post but I have been on this site for along time and always find answers through the search. So here goes... I followed the MPX200 upgrade to WM2005 and it worked perfectly. When I turn on my phone the first thing I see is a old crappy looking oil painting picture of a tree..then it goes to the Mobile Operator screen then the Windows Mobile screen, then the actual startup screen. How do I get rid of that ugly painting picture?! Also this is my first time modding or anything on a phone, how do I speed this thing up? i have heard of the omapclock etc but do I run it from mt PC or the phone?I also heard that in order to play MP3's I will have to put them on the SD card from my PC then put that into the phone? Thanks!
