V3i Question.

Hello, I have a unlocked RAZR V3i that I have been using for about 2 weeks now. I recently purchased and installed a 512mb Micro SD card and put some iTunes songs on. Now, sometimes when I just open my phone or recieve a call the phone fully restarts, does anyone have any idea what is happening? Also, if you do, how do I fix it? It's quite annoying when your making plans and your phone restarts.
