hey all
i just recieved 250 dollars from a friend, which i can use to spend on anything. I am deciding to spend it on a new GSM cell phone unlocked. I am currently in New York, and since this place has lots of cell phone stores, I am deciding to buy it here

i was debating beteween a v3i and a different phone. if anyone has any ideas for a quadband phone, with a very good camera, and bluetooth, and mp3 ringtone capability, please let me know
