Modding to Reassign Buttons

How can I reassign my Web button on my V3 to launch Opera Mini (an internet browser software i've downloaded) instead of the default browser?
If this has already been discussed, please tell me where to go! Thanks!

i think you can only mod it to another menu item, not a java app. you can map one of the joystick keys for opera mini.
