I can't really give you a definate answer as to which phone is much better. It lies with what you want to do with the phone. I've had the N80 for two weeks and I find that the phone is so useful especially I can surf the internet wirelessly without the need to pay for GPRS. The downside is that the battery will not last that long with too much surfing the internet. The phone is also heavy at 150g.
On the other hand you get a big screen on the N80. With the fixed lens it has an advantage over the K800 as you can take pictures close up much better than the K800. However I would really prefer an autofocus phone, just like a digital camera.
That is why I had to sell the phone and look for a SE K800i.
