KX5 video transfering help!

hello, i've been trying to download videos to my KX5 for about 3 days, they are only 50 second videos, and i've tried changing the file to .3gp, and .3g2, non of them work, all i get is the sound, please someone out there help me, my aim is dogs make fudge
