Add Portuguese T9 to Qtek 8500

Hello,
I just received my Qtek 8500 and love it. The only thing I miss is the Portuguese Language for T9 purposes. I think I have the necessary files on my PC but my Qtek does not let me copy those files to the phone. It gives me an Access denied error message.Can any one help me with this issue please? Thanks in advance.
