my sidekick 2 is not working i called CC and they told me that if i have no Radio Firmware the SK2 is useless of working

any thing else i can do to make it work

when i turn it on without the sim its unknown but when i install the sim card it wont let me sign in ...it says it has a hardware problem

phone is gone

no radio firmware = no ability to sign on or communicate with the towers nor rcv signal.

phone will need to be replaced...if u r in warranty or have insurance u can get it exchanged if not u'll need to buy a new one
