Flash backup wont backup my v635

any suggestions?

The MPT drivers are installed and it recognizes the phone, then onceit starts the backup the green bar gets to the end and stops. and the program notofys me that it cannot create a flashbackup for my phone

Same thing happens to me when I try to use that program. I think I made backups through MotoKit? However, when I tried to restore them later on, it told me it could not read the XML file. I have no idea why neither program works?! All the drivers are installed and everything is recognized, too.

I got along just ifne before I knew about that program and I'm getting along just fine without it, know that I know of it. I've never paperweighted my hpone or fuct up a flash in anyway. Flashbackup = unnecessary
