help what phone should i get

well to start off i have like 400 bux about... to spend on a phone
no smart phones for one . i want a high end phone with everything i want a atleast a 2 mp camera a music player maybe a walkman with expandable memory i dont care for the style id prefer it if it had gps also it should be a good looking phone to wow people and rest it should be loud clear im thinking of the w800 maybe w900 any help has to be gsm unlocked with 1900 mhz and 850 is preferable

dont think you can get the 900 under $400 unless its used. check out the moto a1200 and the n80 nokia. both are pricey, but they will turn heads.
