Help with Flashing

Just picked up a new razr blk that was unlocked and I'm trying to flash it to make it Cingular branded again as it looks like it was either stock or Cell One, not too sure. Whenever I try to flash it using RSD Lite 2.3, it gets to the point of Switching the decive into flash mode and just hangs there everytime. Am I doing something wrong? Is there something else I need to be using? I'm new to flashing phones, so if anybody has AIM or some form of messenger and would be willing to chat while I try this, it would be very kind of you. Or any help posted here would be awesome.

Check out my site it may help you. Do you have the latest drivers? Have you tried putting your phone into bootloader mode first?

Well its really weird, as I was restarting last night after I thought it locked up, the phone started to go in to boot mode as the computer was shutting down, but thats the only time it'll do it.

I tried manually putting it in to bootloader mode but when I do that with RSD i get an error saying it can't verify the subscription or carrier or something like that.

Also I did notice again that when installing to my computer, it says V3r..

I figured out the problem! Turns out the MP I was trying to use wasn't compatible since I have a V3r. Since I've figured that out now, anybody know of a good Cingular MP for the V3r?

There has been no Cingular MP for the V3r released yet.
