10 digits dialing for the lazy?

Here in my city we recently switched to 10 digits dialing, thanks to the increasing number of phone numbers 
It's not enforced yet and your call go through after a rather lenghty message, my contacts are saved with their area code, is there any application for wm2003 that auto dial/assume the areacode of the number being dialed?
Tried searching around but couldn't find anything
