Getting rid of the Voicestream Logo (DG87)

I was just hoping that I can change the Voicetream text to a logo of some sort or just get rid of it all together if possible. And if none of those can be done can it say T-mobile insted of Voicestream?
And if anyone knows how to get rid of all the Icons on the phone I would apreciate it.
