I just upgraded to the new ROM last night and it's running very well for the most part. Startup time is extremely fast, which is a good thing because I've never had to reset a phone/computer/device so much in my life. Some programs that worked fine before stop responding for no reason. Magic Button stops working and then leaves me stuck on whatever screen I'm on, if I open the start menu I can click on a program to run but nothing happens. Another thing is after placing or receiving a call, the phone application gets stuck on the screen and I cannot return to the today screen so I have to reboot it to fix it. Any ideas?

I upgraded to the new Cingular 2.25 Rom also and had some problems. The best thing is to remove the programs you added when you first got your phone (Magic Button, TC Commander, etc.), then do a soft reset, then download the new Rom again. After that is done, try re-installing the programs. Remember, Cingular writes to Rom very slowly so give it time to write before you shut down or do another soft reset.
