Touch screen wont work in landscape, 8125

My touchscreen stopped working for the landscape mode on my 8125, i didnt drop it or anything it just didnt work anymore one day. I currently have no 3rd party apps installed. Anyone else experience this?

Do a soft reset, that should clear up any medium to light problems. A hard reset will restore the phone back to factory default. The latter will take care of everything except hardware problem(s). In that case you need to send it in. The drawback of hard reset is you will lose everything, so back up evrything before you do this.

Soft reset button is that tiny hole to left of the iR window. Either hold the off/on button on top down for 5 seconds or use your stylus to press the button inside the hole. The hard reset procedure AKA the 3 fingers salute (you need to hold down 3 buttons at the same time) is mentioned in your owner's manual. I don't have with me...sorry.

If it less than a year old then send it back in. Cingular phones are warrantied for 1 year without insurance.

The 8125 just came out so you should be covered.
