please help! 8125 won't boot

alright, so i went to perform a restore of an spb backup module, and upon reseting, the phone won't go past the splash screen. i want to do anything i can to get it back up in working order. is there any way to flash a rom without ever booting fully?

please help!

Have you tried doing a hard reboot? I had the same problem once, a hard reboot fixed it though.

when i try to hold the two buttons and then hit reset, it just turns off, doesn't actually perform the hard reset

1) Hold down the communications manager button (top left) and the Voice activation button (top right).
2) While holding down those two buttons, use the stylus to hold in the reset button for a couple seconds.
3) Release the stylus but not the other two buttons. After a couple seconds, a black screen when come up asking you to press send to continue.
4) Release the communications manager button and the Voice activation button and press send (green phone button).

Thanks, turns out i was just not holding it long enough...
