is there any way to look up the content of text messages in cingular systems?

nope not that i know of. I know we can show when they were sent and received and to who and from who. But not the actual content i dont think

thanks for the info.

i didn't know that we could see "to who and from who" though. that would save me alot of frustration when dealing with customers that swear up and down that they didn't do a number of texts.

what are you using to see "to who and from who" ? in telegence it only shows the time and incoming or outgoing.
