Hey...anyone know whether or not the antenna on the 8390 can be upgraded. I was looking on ebay and someone is selling an 8390 with a copper antenna. Does the 8390 have better reception with a copper antenna.

never heard of this before...and i think the RF with 7.8 is already superb..no need to enhance..the best already for internal antennas..

That amateur eBay seller is just trying to make a sales pitch. I'm pretty sure all Nokia antennas are copper in the first place.

he could of had me for a minute...but i was a little hesitant because i had never heard that nokia produced a limited edition phone with a "special antenna".

is ther enay proof that it makes any reception better or anything.. any proof of him opening up his OWN 8390 ..

there isn't even a picture of the ~so called~ cooper antenna beside the ~ORIGINAL~ nokia antenna! at least show something... that just b/s.. u show a pix of the fone when utr yin to advertise for a 8390 antenna??
