Razr v3i Can't send or recive pictures

I just purchased a Razr v3i without Itunes, and my phone is unable to recieve or send pictures. I have T Mobile. Anyone else have this problem. I had a v330 before and had no problem sending or recieving pictures Please help.

isn't it a separate feature you have to pay for (like it is w/ Verizon) ?

if your phone is an unlocked version it might not allow it

Call T Mobile
It might take a couple of people (don't ask why ) It can be enabled .When my phones came in was set to uk or where ever for web and all
The right person (tec) will walk you through setting up t zones it it does work .T mobile did it twice for me first time it went smooth then i reflashed my phone and had to call back it took a little time but they will help .

That is not true. Since its an unlocked phone you need to set up the settings. Go to this website and follow the instructions and that should fix your issue..

my v3i is unlocked and I didn't have a clue what to do and t mobile was helpful thats all
I had no problem even though it is not from them and they didn't support it since it hadn't been released in the US yet
