You mean read a text message that your phone just received?

I don't think you can... At least I recall this question being asked before, but I never saw anyone post a way to do it...

I have this same question. I have searched for this and cant find it but I did read my text once on the front of the screen but dont remember how. I even showed my boss but we havent been able to duplicate it. Anyone know?

there was a trick of using the left side buttons when the front LCD said "new text message" BEFORE you opened the flip... Or was that for when it said "Missed Call" to see who it was that called

a certain order of the button presses was needed...

I have the Razr2 (V9M) on my account, so I can't test my E815 at the moment.

Ive tried diferent combos and still cant get it. I know it can be done cause I did once but Ill be darned if I can do it again. I know someone out there has to know
