I just bought my w810i and had barely use it for a week. I'm having a problem turning the power on since everytime I try to do so, the screen just flashes/blinks with white light and would not go to the start-up. Is there something wrong with the phone? Please help!

So the phone doesn't turn on at all? Just flashes white? Well then you have the WSOD of death heh. You'll need to flash the firmware.

How about just return it, it should be under warranty.
