Does anyone know of an "activesync" solution for linux?
thanks

I once saw a PocketPC sync application for KDE in a Linux distro, but like most things in Linux, I never got it to work.

No. Not sure why you would want the "experience" (if you stretch it) of Windows Mobile if you use Linux.

I'd go Treo - Palm sync options for Linux are more mature and stable.

Like all things Microsoft, it's best to avoid.

I have a treo650 and find that my 8125 is far more stable in its self and offers IMHO more functionality.
However i am trying to leave the windows family OS on my desktop and would like some way to sync to my 8125

Guess I have the opposite - WM is garbage and my Treo is quite stable. I won't get into the functionality debate other than that Palm has more applications than WM and is a more mature platform....

That being said, if you want to drop Windows on the Desktop and sync, your best bet is to go Mac - www.markspace.com and click missing sync for Win Mobile.
