Bluetooth transfer file disappeared?

i sent a mp3 file to my mpx220 from my w900 to use as a ringtone (about 1.5mb) and i cant find it! this has happened before, where i send a file (always mp3) and i cant find it in any folder. ive gotten a couple mp3s onto my phone but for the most part i never find it. im not sure if after i chose to 'save ___ file to phone?' if it does or not. i dont want to keep trying it because i may be eating up memory and i need it since my card is lost. does anyone know what the hell is goin on? is it saving my file and i just cant see it? or is it not saving it at all. HELP!
