So I have a Razr V3C, and have noticed if somebody calls and leaves me a message or sends me a text message, that unless I open the phone I can't tell??? Is there a way to make it blink or something of the sort when the phone is closed? Thanks!!!!

menu/settings/ring styles/detail/reminders/on
you can also push the smart key on the outside with flip closed to check if missed calls or text/voice message

Yea reminders are set to beep, but I don't hear anything.
Does it matter that my key volumns are set to zero

it will only beep every 30 seconds or so and only as loud as the ringer is set.

I finally heard it, I left my phone in the other room while I took care of business and I got a text message and bam it beeped 10 minutes after!! SWEEET
