I performed a hard reset of my phone trying to fix a problem and reinstalled a few programs. I have PHM Registry Editor sitting in the \Temp directory and also have Resco Explorer 2005 installed. For some reason, I am able to edit the regsitry using PHM, but not with Resco. It worked fine before I performed the hard-reset.

Anybody have any ideas or am I missing something completely n00bish?

I beleive that there is a version of PHM that is trusted by HTC phones. This may be the case. I'd look at the forums about unlocking your phone.

Thanks for making me double-check my work. I had only completed half the steps required to unlock my phone. I forgot to modify two more registry settings. Got it working now.
