Hello,

I am trying to use my bluetooth headset for listening to music via microsoft mobile media player. I am using a T-mobile MDA with an Motoroloa H605 Bluetooth headset. I have the handsfree working just fine but, wish to be able to hear all sound related events on my MDA (when connect) via my bluetooth headset?

Is this possible? Or do I need a new headset? all help will be greatly appreciated.

does the headset support A2DP? if not, you're out of luck. plus since you have an MDA, this should be in the PPC forums, not the smartphone forums.

Cool. Thanks for the info. I will check the PPC forums for now on, and will look to see if my headset A2DP.

Actually, since A2DP is a stereo profile, and stereo by definition means two, the 605 won't work- it's a single bud headset!

Also, there is a program that lets you stream music/audio over the HFP.
Made by Jetware.

Additionally, there are various ways to accomplish it.

So, he isn't really out of luck-he simply may have to work a little.

Look for a program called BlueCast. It streams ausio to your BT Headeset (non stereo).

Is that the same as Bluetunes? That's what I use to stream audio from my SMT5600 (win2003) to my BT Headset. Very easy to use and very effective, though of course the sound is far from mint being only mono.
