Figured out XM Radio on the 8125!!!

what I did to make it easier instead of just removing it, was created a new connection in the connections with the Cingular GPRS. Then you need to check the box for connect to internet but do NOT check the proxy box and it works!


***Just make sure that your account doesnt have the PPU or else you will get slammed with charges***

I tried both:

minixm and xstream both work awesome! dont need the pda connect plan or to buy the pocket XM which i almost did.

can you post detailed instructions on how you did it? I'm not quite sure I understand what you did.

basically what I did was create an internet connection without the proxy. thats what is preventing people from using the xm stream site. the proxy once that is removed or you create a connection without the proxy info it works beautifully.

I just use medianet and disabled the proxy.

uh...thats what im saying but I said I created another connection just so in case you needed the proxy connection still.
