Razr V3m - MPT problem with transfering phone > pc

I can use MPT to send pictures, ringtones, etc to the phone...

but whenever I try to save pictures and videos i've taken on my phone onto my PC it doesn't work. it takes a long time and then says "phone has broken connection" or something.

Any help?

USING:
MPT ver 4.2.1a
Motorola Razr V3m
Winxp SP2

i don't really know, sorry. i just messed with it for awhile and eventually it started working.

Try to read this I don’t now if this is true but they talk about the same thing a way to make these functions work and seem editing different phones

hey! i can get my multimedia studio open but whenever i try to upload a picture or a song to my phone it says it cannot communicate with my phone! and when i click on the file transfer studio it cannot connect too!! can anyone help me with this!!!

Use the http://mark.cdmaforums.com link that bebeto_269 just posted.. when you get there, you'll see a link for MPT along the left... READ IT...

thats because tis motorolla phone tools
