hey guys i was looking for a bit of insight...sometimes when i play mp3s on my phone using the windows media player the songs play faster than they are supposed to whats up wit that

Its the encoding. Try TCMP Core Media player to see if its actually the player or the file. If you don't have TCMP...google it you will find it easy enough.
