Reorder Start Menu

How do you rearrange the item orders in the Start Menu in WM2003SE? I know that you can create folders and move items in it, but can you rearrange the order in which they appear?
And while we're at it, how do I activate automatic keylock after a certain period of time? This is a SMT5600.

hey, download a program called jeyo personalizer from jeyo.com. this will allow u to reorder the first 8 programs only. to lock the keypad, hold the end(red) button until u see the word unlock on the screen. good luck, i have a 5600 phone as well. love it 2 death(lol).
ps download jeyo to ur desktop pc.
