Reset Lifetime Timer on E61?

Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the lifetime timer yourself?

its only possible if u have flashing software to reset the timer. Formatting the phone or flashing it to a new fw wont change the lifetimer~

How hard is it to get the flashing software and the app? Coming from Moto it was readily available.
