Nokia e61: DTMF Detection Problems

I just received my new Nokia e61 and am using it with T-Mobile in the U.S. I have been able to get it to work with my corporate Blackberry system no problem, make phone calls, etc.

However, I have noticed that there are problems with DTMF detection. For example, when I use my corporate conference calling system to call into conference calls, the conference IVR asks me to enter in a passcode, which I do. However, the conference system does not seem to recognize my input passcode.

Alternatively, I have even tried an alternative by selecting Options -> Send DTMF-><passcode>->OK, and that doesnt seem to work either.

This problems always occurs when using my corproate conferencing system (by AT&T). However, it does not always occur with other IVR services. I can dial into my mobile phone voicemail, for example, and enter in my passcode no problem. I can also dial into my corporate PBX and enter in an extension/password with no problem.

Has anyone experienced any problems with detecting DTMF tones such as the one I have described? If so, any thoughts on possible solutions?

Thanks!!!
