Strange occurance. Phone was in my pocket untouched (SLVR btw), took the phone out, and the screen was checkered (i know it sounds strange but it was literally checkered, like a shirt). So i rebooted the phone but the screen stayed all white. What happened and how can i fix this?

I encountered the same problem a while ago.
I finally sent my phone to some repair shop, and and it costs me a fortune to replace the LCD monitor.

I had the same problem and replaced my LCD screen and not it is just a blank screen does anyone have any idea what it could be is it possible the new screen I purchased is not working or is there something with the phone and not the LCD

It sounds like a bad LCD. First, if the phone is under warranty, the repair is free at an authorized service center. Second, if it is not under warranty, the repair is actually quite inexpensive for the SLVR.

I get up this morning and see that my SLVR has the white screen, even if I power it off and on. I did however, hear I have a voicemail, so I know everything else but the screen works. The weird thing, is that my phone was working last night, and its been sitting in the same place for the last 12 hours.

When mine went all white I bought a new screen and replaced it and now it works fine
