V3m won't accept bluetooth PIn

I just picked up an H500 for use with my V3m

when I "look for devices" it picks it up and recognizes it, but when I go to put the passkey in (0000) it tells me "invalid pin" and "unable to connect"

everything's fully charged, I've tried powering everything down and restarting, It HAS worked previously for a day or two but resets? Itself and needs to be paired again. When it did sucessfully pair, it took 2 or 3 tries at entering the passkey.

I'd really appreciate any input I can get.

i have the same problem with the one i have at work...it just takes a few tries for some reason. It takes just as many tries with my boss's E815

I wouldn't have a problem if it took a couple tries, but doesn't accept it at all...

try deleting the bt headset in the bt history, then retry pairing both devices
