Can't access SLVR's Memory, can anyone help

Hello,
I was trying to load the black i tunes on my slvr and then I loaded the 0002-0005 seem and after I loaded and restarted it, I couldn't get anything from my memory, like my phonebook, messages, music anything. The phone itself works fine as far as just making and sending calls, but I can't do much else but that and do a few settings. When I try to do something like get into my phone book I get the please wait and it just stays there and it won't access it but the phone itself isn't frozen. I can also access the memory from motorola phone tools so I know that the phone itself has all the memory in it can someone help me! Thank you
