My buddy has the Motorola RAZR V3c and each time I try to send him a mp3 ringtone from my Nokia 6620 I get unable to conect on my phone. There is nothing wrong with my phone. I send from bluetooth all the time to either my pc or outher phones. This phone however is being stubborn with me. Any suggestions ?

Verizon disabled OBEX on the V3c (on all their bluetooth phones, for that matter).

I can pair with the phone but the phone isnt allowing my phone to send anything to it.

yeah as nosidam said, it is desabled, u can find it, but it wont accept any files.

And even if the V3c had OBEX, it still wouldn't work. That requires the OPP Bluetooth profile, which verizon phones don't have either.

man, people at verizon screw people over like hardcore. I'll never reccomend anyone to get verizon.

And just to clarify, OPP wasn't disabled. It's not even there to begin with.
