I have a Rogers phone but can't call any numbers in my "recieved calls" menu because they have +1 international calling code in front of the number. Is there any way I can change my phones settings so that I dont have to go through this? As of now i have to go to "add digits" and delete the +1 leaving only the 416------- to make my calls. Anybody help me out with this one? please let me know, thanks alot

That's odd. I can call regardless if the +1 is there or not.

did you block all outgoing longdistance calls on your phone? if so you would know because if you press and hold 1 to call voicemail, it would say "this is a long distance call" error message too. This is a known issue with carriers who use Vision 21 billing system, ie: rogers, fido and its re-sellers. Call into your customer service and see if there was anything added to your account, also try your sim card in a different phone too and report back here to let us know if it worked.
