L6 Voice Dial Limitations

Am not sure if there is a seem edit for this. L6 (from my research) come with a craptastic 5 voice dial limit on their phones (from factory apparently) as cingular (possibly pretended) to have no clue what I was refering to, for no sensible reason. Motorola tech guy tried to convince me, it wasnt happening.

Ive searched far and wide, I can't seem to find anything other than other limits for other phones which make more sense 20-30. But nothing as far as changing this on the L6, it's a customers phone and I would really like him to enjoy his phone to the fullest and not exchange it for a Nokia...

Anything helps, thanks in advance.

I just bot 2 of these quad band off ebay. I noticed the same limitation. I am wondering if the conversion fm. 3 band to 4 band done after it came from the factory caused this problem.
Also, the phones don't give me the option to have the time automatically updated as shown in the manual.
