Please Help to Flash my E398

Early morning I tried to return the default E398 skin top my motoE398
But unfortunately I put the wrong skin which for ROKR
My phone now can't open, it restart again and again
Maybe some problem with the flash..
What would I do to make my phone working or to make it start again...
Please Help me Please
