V3 RAZR Lights Won't Turn Off

I charged my RAZR last night and when I turned it on today, the lights on the keypad, and the screen light won't turn off. Also when I close the phone, the front LCD doens't go back to my background, and time. It stays on the T-MOBILE logo, the front lcd light will go off, but the tmobile logo is still there. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
