My razor EARPIECE doesn't work.... any ideas?

So my speaker phone works... my handsfree ear piece works.. but not the normal handset earpiece speaker... it doesn't work =\ very weird... anyone have any IDEAS?? I opened it up and there's a lil' small battery on the left of it... should i replace that?? i'm lost.. someone help me {PLEASE} e-mail me at minh81n@yahoo.com
