I was so careful with my P900, dropped it only twice. Then my gf goes and throws my pants in the wash with the P900 inside! So my p900 went through a wash complete with Tide... where it sat overnight before i threw it in the drier this morning... i was hearing a "bang bang" noise from the dryer, on investigation , sure enough i was WTFing when i discovered my p900 was still in my pants.

I waited a day and out of curiosity i plugged it into the wall expecting fire but it actually turned on with the SE logo asking to boot normal or flight mode!! I pulled out the battery and decided to dry it out another few days first cause i can see the condensation in the screen... are these some pretty f**ing robust phones or what? I wonder if it is still going to load the OS. I'll find out in a few days i guess? I wonder what my odds are? anyone else do this and it survived?

whoa! good luck! if its gone as far are charging, i think theres a big chance it will work fine.

this is a miracle phone... i tested every feature, i pulled hair and lint out of the edges of the screen, and cleaned it and everything still friggin' works... you really cannot tell... we can't get over it. Maybe the volume is a bit more quiet but I’m not really sure. I’m still astonished like a week later.

i remember my sister was whining when she dropped her phone in the damn sink!

Really i wish i could keep the miracle and cash it in on something else, i'm not sure a p900 was really worth it!?
