putting ringers on ppc 6700

i have looekd at a couple of other posts on this site and all tell you how to do it but when i go to the explore screen i don't have a windows folder to get to rings. someone want to help me out here.

Re read the directions.. It is there on all of them.

Starting from "My Computer" on your PC assuming you have Activesync installed and working.

My Computer>My Windows Mobile-Based Device>Windows>Rings

Place your .mid, .wma or .mp3 there.. For .wma or .mp3 make sure the file is generaly less than 300kb and no more than 30seconds long, or you will have a long delay before the file begins to play.

yeah i do this and there is no windows. i don't know what is up

Well actually you have to go to My Computer, My Mobile Device then you find the Application Data folder then you go to the Sounds folder that's where you put the ringtones. When activesync is connected.

old i know.. open file explorer at bottom of screen it says up.. tap it and goto windows folder.. put the ringtones/mp3 into folder RINGS

u could put it on a memory card too and just hold select it and choose set as ringtone.
