Lost my Motorola Ming charger.. Question about charger compatibility?

Are all chargers with the same plug as my Ming's (ie RAZR chargers) use the same phone chargers?
Do you guys ever use aftermarket chargers? How reliable are they?

hell i lost mine as well just plug it inot the usb slot on your compy thats what i did till i got another
