Reassign my browser key to access the camera?

I was wondering if its possible to reassign the web browsing key on my moto v3 to access the camera. I really don't browse the web so I thought this might be a good idea. If so, what program would I use to do this.

Nope, didn't work. I can reassign the key, but only to a limited number of items available from the drop down menu. Any other ideas?

you can edit the contents of seem 0313 for the Browser key or seem 0314 for the Message/iTunes key.

you just put the word Camera. Because camera is six letters and browser is 7, you will have to pad the end (where the r was). Don't remember off hand if it is spaces or 0's or what, just look at how Browser ended before.

Cool! Are there any other seems like that? And here I thought only 0032, 004A, and 004E were interesting...
