Question about Verizon Plan, Return Policy and Insurance

I'm going to be adding the unlimited data package to my phone plan so that I can get online and answer e-mails as long as I want. The people at Verizon told me that anywhere I can make a phone call on the network I can get online/send e-mails. Is this correct?

In the brochure, the option for the plan lists the lowest plan at $79.99. It says that you can get 550 anytime voice minute option OR night and weekened bundle option with 450 minutes. I don't understand why there would be a different option. With the lower minutes does it include the night and weekends unlimited and the 550 it doesn't?

This will be my switch from regular phone to smartphone and data package. Does Verizon have a return policy if the phone wouldn't work for what I need? If so, what kind of costs would I be looking at and would I be able to change my phone plan back to the regular minutes only options.

I'm looking at the Verizon insurance policies. I was with Radio Shack and they have the best insurance plans, they replace anything, no deductible and give you a battery each year, for only $50. That was the plan I liked. But Verzion has only told me about the $5 a month plan, I found the others on the site. Is the $6 plan worth the upgrade? I didn't really know what extra it covered, maybe no deductible or it covers the battery?

Thanks for any info you can give!

Okay if you are using a smart phone no you can not access mobile web anywhere you can make a call from the device it's true to a point, but you would have to tether the device to a laptop to access internet outside of VZW network. Get it Now and Mobile Web are enhanced services so if you don't plan on tethering the device make sure you look at the enhanced services map in the store.

$6 insurance plan will basically give you a warranty for the 24 mth period plus cover the cost of regular insurance for physical damage to the device. I personally carry the $6 plan myself for me it's just a comfort factor knowing IF something goes wrong I can do what needs to be done.

I can't speak on the plan as I don't know much about them as far as price goes. 450 plan by itself is $39.99 and I thought the unlimited with a voice was $44.99 this might have changed though.

The return policy is listed in a brochure as well you have 15 days to return the item and revert back to your old plan and device so long as the previous device is GPS capable it can be reactivated.
